Q: How does the process work?
Contact us for a free consultation to discuss the details of your project. We’ll send you a contract to review that includes our terms of service, the project rate, deadline and down payment amount (a 50% down payment is required to begin all projects). Once the signed contract and the down payment are received, we’ll send you a scope of the project, collect all necessary information and get started.

Q: What are your payment terms?
Avid Writer Communications LLC requires a 50% down payment in order to begin projects (all projects $300 and under must be paid in full to start project). Projects that take longer than 30 days to complete will require a 50% down payment with scheduled payments leading up to the final due date.
The final balance is to be paid within five business days of receiving the completed project. Clients who pay for projects totaling $305 and up in full upfront receive a 10% discount off the regular rate.
Q: Shouldn’t I hire a local web writer?
You could, but there’s no reason to limit your selection unless the assignment is on-site or requires specific knowledge that only a local web writer can provide. Technology and the growing global business community make it extremely easy for us to accommodate all of our clients.
Q: Do you offer web and graphic design services?
Not at this time, but we have worked with a couple of excellent web and graphic design companies that we’d be happy to recommend.
Q: Can I hire you on a monthly retainer?
You can book our services monthly for six months minimum and receive a 15% discount off regular rates. A retainer is ideal for ongoing projects like article marketing, email marketing campaigns, social media management and any other ongoing promotional projects.
